THE “TO DON’T" LIST
We all know what a "To Do List" is, here is the opposite.
Often times the to do list only challenges us to __________ more into our lives; this makes us over worked, over busy and over all, tired. We really need to work __________ and not __________.
Having a "To Don’t List" will help you cut out some potentially good things in your life, but leave room for the great things to grow and flourish. For instance, let’s say you end up staying up late at night three or four times a week watching television. This is not a __________ but lets say it is usually accompanied a bag of chips and a soda or two; still not horrible. The following mornings you wake up groggy from the lack of sleep and depleted physically from both the lack of sleep and the junk food. Although you think you haven’t really cut anything from your schedule but only added some additional relaxation time, you really diluted two days. What actually ended up happening was you gave up sleep at the expense of TV and junk food. A good to don’t list will help you keep the main thing the main thing.
When we say yes to something we may also say no to something at the same time, even unknowingly.
Its time to quit!
